ICMS has partnered with PRI Housing again this year to provide rooms at three properties all located at the JW Marriott complex. Once our room block is full, you will still be able to book hotel rooms through the PRI Housing website, but you aren’t guaranteed to get a room at one of the three properties we contracted with.
Reservations in the ICMS Room Block must be made by 5:00PM EST, September 15, 2022. After this date, all unoccupied ICMS rooms and/or room nights will be released back into PRI Show general hotel inventory. If our block is sold out, you will be able to book at numerous other hotels that are part of the PRI Show block. Hotel reservations must include actual guest name(s) assigned to each reserved guest room, accurate arrival and departure dates, and valid credit card(s). Hotels will not accept or honor reservations with false names.
