Title: RACE TRUE – Anti-doping Case Studies
Speaker: Sandra Silveira Camargo
Speaker Bio: Ms. Camargo graduated in International Relations from the Graduate Institute of International Studies in Geneva and studied in various foreign universities, including Georgetown University in U.S. and the University of São Paulo, Brazil. Sandra began her career with the FIA in 2003 managing the Medical Commission and working on safety-related projects then she tackled the anti-doping issue, which was clearly underdeveloped at the time. Ms. Camargo started the Race True prevention programme in 2006 and has not removed her focus from education since then, working on several related projects. In 2008, she was appointed Head of Medical Affairs for the FIA.
