Title: Situational Sensitivity and Crisis Management
Speaker: David Hakim, M.D.
Speaker Bio: Dr. Hakim graduated from the University of Montreal in 2007, he then pursued a residency in anesthesiology. Since 2012 he has been with CIUSSS-MCQ hospital in Trois-Rivieres, Québec, Canada, where he works as an attending anesthesiologist. David is also the assistant-chief of the department, co-responsible of the residents of his hospital and he is in charge of anesthesia material. Four years ago, he joined the medical team in the GP3R series working with the Canadian Motorsports Rescue Team at the street circuit in Trois-Rivieres. During his residency, he developed a special interest in crisis management and people behavior under stress.
